As a private patient, payment is required at the completion of each treatment. If you have a valid concession card, a reduced fee will apply.
HICAPS facilities are available for instant health insurance claiming. You may pay by cash, EFTPOS or credit card (MasterCard or Visa).
Medicare Bulk Billing
NO-GAP Bulk Billing is provided for patients that have a valid “Enhanced Primary Care Plan” or EPC referral from your doctor. This plan enables us to bulk bill up to 5 treatments per calendar year.
Please note that any further treatments beyond the initial 5 sessions will require payment at the time of consultation. Concessional fees are available.
DVA
NO-GAP Bulk Billing is provided for patients that have a valid “D904” referral form from their doctor. Each referral is valid for 12 months. White Card holders are eligible for treatments on specified conditions only.
WorkCover
NO-GAP billing is provided for patients with a valid doctor’s referral, current WorkCover Qld medical certificate, claim number and confirmation that your claim has been approved.
Please note that if your claim is not yet approved or is pending, you will be liable to pay for your treatments on the day of consultation. These payments may be reimbursed to you by WorkCover Qld once your claim is approved.
Compulsory Third Party (CTP)/Motor Vehicle Injury Claims
NO-GAP billing is provided for patients with a valid doctor’s referral and letter from the insurance company or your solicitor.
Please note that CTP claims are provided as a Prior Approval basis. You will be liable for the initial consultation to initiate a treatment plan which needs to be approved by the CTP insurance company before further treatments can continue. This payment may be reimbursed to you by the insurance company once your treatment has been approved.

InjuryNet
NO-GAP billing is provided for patients with a valid InjuryNet referral from your doctor. You may have a maximum of 4 treatment sessions before a Work Injury Claim must be made.
Please note that even if you make a claim, you are liable for any treatments provided until your claim has been accepted. Your payments may be reimbursed to you by your employers insurance once your claim is accepted.
