National ADF Family Health Program
You may use your National ADF Family Health Program card to pay for any services provided by Heritage Health Dental. Please note the limit of $400 per dependent per financial year across allied and specialist health including dental.
DVA Bulk Billing
No out-of-pocket billing is provided for patients with a Gold Card from DVA. Some procedures or items may require prior approval from DVA
Medicare Bulk Billing for eligible children aged 2-17
We will provide no out-of-pocket billing up to $1000 for eligible children aged between 2-17 years old. Eligibility for bulk billing is determined by the Department of Human Services and usually available to families that receive certain payments such as the Family Tax Benefit Part A.
Most general dental items may be bulk billed according to the Child Dental Benefits Schedule. This includes check-ups, cleans, fillings etc.

HICAPS facilities are available for instant health insurance claiming. You may pay by cash, EFTPOS or credit card (MasterCard or Visa).
