A senior physiotherapist at Heritage Health, Hiro Hasegawa is passionate about helping his patients reach their maximum potential using the best clinical techniques and procedures.

Originally from Japan, Hiro accepted an opportunity to move to Brisbane where he completed his physiotherapy training at The University of Queensland. Graduating with both bachelor and masters qualifications, Hiro is credentialed by the Australian Physiotherapy Association as a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist.

Hiro has gained extensive private practice experience working in South East Queensland and Victoria as well as spending time in Tokyo, Japan where he was a senior physiotherapist in a prestigious clinic catering for elite athletes and western expats.

His particular interests include treating running injuries, neck and back pain and complex chronic pain conditions.

Hiro is committed to continuing education and lifelong learning. He regularly attends conferences in Australia and around the world and has been accepted into both the McKenzie Institute and the Mulligan Institute of advanced therapy techniques.
